8 Steps to Parenting from a more mindful space
As parents we are always trying to juggle the many things on our to do lists, tackle endless housework, race our kids around from activity to activity and end our days feeling exhausted only to do it all over again the next day. We want to be present with our kids but we don't know where to start.
I'm here to tell you that before we can life hack being present with our kids, we need to figure out how to be present to ourselves. We need to introduce mindfulness into our parenting toolkit and that will create enough breathing space for us to figure out how we want to consistently show up as a parent.
